IMPROVED PATROL MAPS & REPORTS, TRACK DOWNLOADS & NEW TAGS IN FOCUS 360
Latest Updates on the Sensing Clues Platform
We’re excited to share three key improvements with you:
Filter with patrol counts
1. Patrol Maps & Reports
Based on your feedback, we’ve made several improvements to how you view and analyse patrols:
Patrol Counts in the Filter: The popular “Topic Counts” in the filter tree now include patrol types, showing the number of available patrols in your selected timeframe and data sources.
Flexible Track Visualisation: Display tracks as traces, lines, heatmaps, or a combination of these.
New Track Legend: Quickly distinguish patrol line types with an integrated legend.
Performance Note: To maintain efficiency, track lines display every 5th trace, but all traces are included in downloads. Track lines are also visible in the time-spatial tab to show daily coverage.
2. Downloading Tracks
In terms of data volume, tracks may become really large. To avoid related issues while downloading the tracks, we’ve set a limit of 100 patrols (tracks) per batch. Of course you can download as many batches as needed.

3. Improved Tags in Focus 360
In Focus 360, each observation includes tags that provide a quick content summary. A new tag now indicates whether an entry is a Note (informational) or an Alert (requires immediate attention). Use the topic filter under “Qualifications” to refine your search and view only Notes or Alerts.
Coming soon…
More exciting new features are on the way:
Custom Map Layers: Soon, you’ll be able to overlay your own custom map layers in all the map apps within the Analytical Toolbox, just like in Focus 360.
Base Map Selection: Choose between Map, Satellite, or Outdoors views in all map apps within the Analytical Toolbox.
Colour-Coded Patrol Tracks: A new colour-coded legend in the Patrol Map will allow you to easily identify which tracks belong to which agent. This feature can be toggled on or off.
