Nature FIRST Conference – Innovation and Collaboration in Conservation

As we wrap up the Nature FIRST project, we invite you to join an exciting conference bringing together conservationists, researchers, policymakers, and innovators. This conference is not just the end of a project but the beginning of new networks, partnerships, and transformative ideas in biodiversity conservation. We'll showcase the tools developed within Nature FIRST and explore collaborative solutions for human-wildlife coexistence.

Hosted in collaboration with Bears in Mind, a Dutch foundation providing a sanctuary for rescued bears at Het Berenbos in Ouwehands Dierenpark, this conference will focus on:

• Biodiversity Monitoring

• Human-Wildlife Conflict Solutions (incl. wildlife radars and forensic evidence collection)

• Habitat Mapping & Monitoring

• Knowledge Graph for smarter conservation
